Tips and information to keep your pet healthy!

Veterinary video presentations at Alta Rancho Pet Hospital help our clients understand the nature of their pet’s problems. We pride ourselves on helping our clients participate in their pets' care through direct consultation, prepared handouts, and video presentations.

Payment is due at time of service. We accept cash, cards, CareCredit, and Scratch. $25 fee for returned checks. 1.5% monthly charge on unpaid balances. Deposits: 50% for surgery, 75% for boarding. Vaccines required for boarding/hospitalization. Pets must be leashed or crated.

We are pleased to offer access to several financing options.

Our policies regarding payments and billing

At Alta Rancho Pet Hospital, we offer patient forms online so you can complete them in the convenience of your own home or office. Fax us your printed and completed forms, or you may bring them during your visit.
